Weddings
at The Grove
The
rental fee is includes:
The landscaped, manicured and decoratively lit midway
grounds available from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 midnight
the day of event including set-up and clean-up time.
Music must stop by 11:00 p.m. and grounds must be picked
up and cleared by midnight.
Access to the grounds for a 1 hour rehearsal a day prior.
The stage and dance floor.
Tables,
chairs and white linens (tablecloths and napkins, colors
extra) for up to 200 guests (500 capacity).
A
large bridal room and a groom’s room, both with
a/c and restrooms.
Our
event coordinator available during set-up and throughout
the wedding and reception.
Security
at one guard per 100 guests up to 200. Additional guards,
including one extra if serving alcohol, are an additional
charge.
Alcohol
is permited in limited quantities with proper insurance
coverage.
Lighted
grass parking area.
Disposal
of trash once lessee has cleaned up premises.Use of
The Grove for an extended rehearsal gathering or dinner
is available at an extra rate if it's beyond the allotted
1 hour that’s included in the rental price. If
alcohol is served at the rehearsal, a security guard
will be required.
The
Grove has available for rent a complete DJ sound system
with lighting which includes a pre-determined play list
and is able to take requests during the event as well.
The Grove’s event coordinator is also included
to do any M/C speaking that you’d like to have
done…opening toasts, first dance, etc.
Photo
montages to music shown at your event are also available
through an associate.
