Tickets can be purchased online at hobbsgrove.com only. The on-site ticket booth and alternate in-person outlets will not be selling tickets this year.

There are no refunds at all after the ticketed time slot has passed.

We can scan either paper or phones, please turn up the brightness on your phone before you get to the ticket taker.
You can reschedule by returning to our website hobbsgrove.com. Scroll to the “purchase tickets button” and continue until you are at the screen that shows your options for purchase. There is a question mark located in the upper right corner. When you tap it another drop down screen will appear. Tap print or reschedule tickets. This will take you to a screen that asks for your information. Once you have entered your info, your tickets will appear and be ready to change. If you have any other questions or need more assistance, please let us know. Please note that tickets can only be rescheduled for a day that is the same color/price as the original ticket, and only for time slots that have available openings.
Tickets will be valid only for the designated date and time slot on the ticket. Entry to the attraction will be limited to valid ticketed groups for the current time slot. Entry to the forest queue line will be prohibited earlier than 15 minutes before your ticketed time slot, or more than two hours after.
For instance, If you have tickets for 8pm, you can enter the forest queue anytime after 7:45pm but before 10pm. If your friends couldn’t get 8pm tickets before they sold out and they bought 9pm tickets, you can all go in together at 8:45pm.
That usually happens when there is only one ticket left in the time slot. The drop down box on the purchase tickets page shows selectable options up to 20 tickets. If it is showing less than 20, it means there are just that many tickets left.
Our first time slot for entry into the Haunted Forest will start at 7pm all nights and our final timeslot for the evening will start at 10:30 pm Sundays through Thursdays, and start at 11:30 pm Fridays and Saturdays.
Child (11 and under) tickets will only be for the first three time slots of each night, 7:00, 7:30 and 8:00. They will need to bring their student IDs showing 6th grade and under. Kids can come later but the child price won’t be available.
The tickets are limited to 20 tickets per purchase and you can buy more in another purchase if you need to. If some are buying their tickets separately, remember to choose the same time slot. If a time slot fills before all have purchased, you should be able to change your times online so that all can be together. Your group can be any size but we can’t allow any more than 8 people at a time going through the Forest together.
The Midway and stage entertainment area will be closed this year to promote social distancing. Our much loved Food Concessions will be under the trees just outside the midway. Tables and chairs will be distanced and sanitized between groups. Pumpkins, Hobbwear, photo and store booths will be here too. You do not need a ticket to enjoy the concession area, but on sold-out nights someone in your group needs to have tickets for that night.
You do not need a ticket to enjoy the food area while waiting for your kids or other group members to go through the forest.
Unfortunately, the Weekend Pumpkin Patch will not be able to take place this year. We are working on being able to have families come for WEEKDAY Group Tours in a timed, distanced, and safe way. Go to pumpkingrove.com for all the details and tickets. Have fun!
Please be advised, parents are responsible for the actions of their minor children while at The Grove. That being said, we do not require children be accompanied by an adult going through the forest.
We will allow entry if you copy the below and fill in the blanks, then email a picture of the authorization to firstname.lastname@example.org or send the completed form / handwritten note that includes the following with the ticket user.

We love little monsters in training and only allow kids 10 and under to dress up so that guests aren’t able to pretend they are Hobb Ghouls. We let everyone dress up on Halloween night.
So sorry but we are not able to offer group discounts this year. We will be offering them again next year and they start at groups of 20 or more.
